I would like to welcome you to my website!

Throughout the course of my life, when faced with difficulties, I gradually learned to transform those difficult situations into challenges and had a strong determination to find effective solutions. I am told that I have been blessed with an innate ability to empathize and identify with the hardships of others. The atmosphere I create in my sessions allows my clients to feel comfortable disclosing their most personal and intimate thoughts and emotions.

Using the wisdom and knowledge I have gained over the years, including my work with diverse cultures and training other therapists, I offer creative, personal, and practical assistance that allows healing to take place. When appropriate, I try to incorporate my passion for health and fitness in my work. As a devoted advocate for my developmentally disabled son, I was able to receive an appointment to the State Council on Developmental Disabilities--Area Board XI, a position I hold near and dear to my heart.

I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together to develop treatment plans that are unique and tailored to your individual needs. You will learn ways to cope with the difficulties you are experiencing and explore solutions that work for you. My goal is for you to feel supported, appreciated, nurtured, and hopeful.

I look forward to the privilege of getting to know you and working with you.

Warm regards,
